No company can afford to keep prices low if their overhead is high. At RestoreRF, we keep our operation small and form close, selective relationships with our customers. Our goal is to give our customers a cost advantage, compared to those working with other, more expensive providers.

RestoreRF has established and implemented a Quality Management System for our REPAIR operation, compliant to ISO9001:2015 (download a copy of our Quality Manual). In this way, we are unlike most of our competitors whom, either do not have a system or have an ISO 17025:2017 quality management system whose scope of accreditation applies to their CALIBRATION processes but not for repair.

By maintaining a small operation with efficient, quality management system processes we are able to adapt, problem solve, make decisions quickly, and provide a personal experience with our customers that others may not.

In business, convenience can often equal efficiency and profit. RestoreRF offers commercial calibration reports on repaired equipment. We also maintain close relationships with 3^rd party, ISO 17025 accredited calibration providers. To maintain impartiality, as required in clause 4.1 of ISO 17025:2017, the laboratory performing the calibration must maintain impartiality to the laboratory performing the repair. Laboratories calibrating equipment that they just repaired are at risk of impartiality. By using 3^rd parties for ISO 17025 calibrations, we are able to eliminate all conflict of interest, as required by clause 4.1 of ISO 17025:2017. These relationships allow us to provide a “one-stop-shop” experience for our customers.
